Personal Chef Philosophy
I am passionate about preparing healthy and nourishing meals for you and your family. With 15 years of experience in restaurants, I’ve seen the importance of a good meal and the way it can bring people together. I’ve also seen people taking charge of their health in wonderful ways and I’m here to help you along that journey. After all, you are what you eat.
My goal as your Personal Chef is to prepare healthful meals so that you have more time to spend enjoying life with those you love, while also giving you the confidence that what you are eating is high quality and nutritious. All meals are prepared and clearly labeled so all you have to do is reheat, toss the salad, and serve.
My style of cooking is bright and fresh. I love to use seasonal vegetables, herbs, and spices in my dishes along with sustainable proteins and whole grains. I want you to leave the table feeling satisfied and nourished. I firmly believe that food is our best medicine and good nutrition is key to good health. I love to work with clients that are embarking on a healthy lifestyle and want to use food to help them reach their health goals.
Weekly Meal Preparation
I offer personal chef services which include meals prepared for the week for up to 6 people. Enjoy 5 delicious dishes with 4-6 servings each. Enough for the whole week. Healthy breakfasts and snacks are available at an additional cost.
I will take care of the grocery shopping, meal preparation, and all clean-up.
We’ll work together according to your preferences and dietary needs to create weekly personalized menus. Gluten-free? Vegetarian? No problem.

Dinner Parties and More
Planning an intimate gathering with friends or family? Perhaps a baby shower or birthday? Let me do the work, so you can enjoy your special occasion. We’ll work together to plan the perfect menu, then you can sit back and relax while I gather the ingredients, cook the meal, and take care of clean up.
Private Cooking Classes
Have you and your friends been hoping to brush up on some cooking skills? Roast the perfect chicken, master egg cookery, or maybe enter the world of fermentation? I’d love to design a class to suit your needs.
Most classes last 3 hours and include a meal and refreshments. Classes begin at $500 with a minimum of 4 participants. Groceries and supplies are included in the price.
For one-on-one cooking lessons, prices vary depending on class content. Contact me and I’d be happy to accommodate you!
