Poland has introduced new regulations to strengthen oversight of its rapidly growing online gambling market. The changes include higher taxes for operators, stricter advertising guidelines, and enhanced tools for player protection.

The government has also expanded its blacklist of unlicensed gambling websites, blocking hundreds of domains in an effort to protect local operators and ensure fair competition. Licensed operators are now required to provide detailed reports on player behavior and implement advanced age verification systems.

Despite these measures, unregulated platforms continue to attract Polish players, prompting calls for further action to address the issue. The government has pledged to review the effectiveness of its policies and make adjustments as needed.
